For your own security, our Business Conferences are equipped with randomly generated access codes, which can be supplemented by an additional security code depending on the product. The access codes differ for participants and moderators so as that the respective authorizations can be established clearly before the conference even begins. In addition, you will hear an audible signal every time a new participant joins a telephone conference. Unauthorized participants can also be identified in this way as a last resort. If your participant group is full, the conferences can also be "locked".
Our WebMeeting web conference solution also uses a connection with 256-bit encryption. This represents the absolute maximum security level for Internet connections on the market.
