a) Information on consumer dispute resolution pursuant to Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)
Telecommunications consumer arbitration board of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn
In order to settle a dispute with Telekom concerning the cases mentioned in § 47a TKG, the customer can initiate a conciliation procedure at the Telecommunications Consumer Conciliation Board of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn (Consumer Conciliation Board) by submitting an application. Telekom is willing to participate in conciliation proceedings by the Federal Network Agency.

Other disputes
Telekom does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before any other consumer arbitration board. Instead, Telekom is keen to resolve disputes with its customers through direct contact. Please contact Telekom's customer service.
